Basic how to guide, for grid view

1.   Change the date of the reservation:

  • Right click on reservation/Double click a reservation
  • Click Rebook
  • Click in Date field and click on the new date in the calendar
  • Make sure time and table selection has changed according to the availability (if time is blank, there is no availability for the same time slot as original). In this case, you can click to open a drop down for available times and advise the guest the nearest available time.
  • Click Rebook

2.   Change the number of people:

  • Right click on reservation
  • Click Rebook
  • Change covers
  • Tab (re-select time) to ensure table is updated (if time is blank, there is no availability for the same time slot as original)
  • Click Rebook

3.   To change time:

  • Right click on reservation
  • Click Rebook
  • Tab (re-select time) to ensure table is updated (if time is blank, there is no availability for the same time slot as original)
  • Click Rebook

4.   To view everything related to the booking

  • Double Click on the reservation

TIPS:

  • You can edit notes from here
  • You can navigate to customer’s profile by clicking Detail next  to customer’s name
  • Press Clear if you wish to change Customer details for that specific booking or hit Replace if you wish to replace with another Customer

    5.   To deal with loss of Internet Connection/Server outage

    1. Call Support 09)928-6079 to confirm loss of connectivity
    2. You will need to access you back up file with list of reservations:
    • Locate Eveve folder on your desktop
    • Find the .html file (this will look like a website)

    TIPS:

    While your system is disconnected, people will still be able to make reservations online, which will not be loaded in the .html back up file once you have lost connectivity. It is best if you advise one of the Eveve representatives to block off reservations for the same day until your connection is re-established.
