How to manually place a booking in your Table Management System (TMS)

In this guide, learn how to place a bookings via your TMS Web, TMS Mobile and TMS Admin


TMS WEB:

There are Two Ways to Place a Booking in your Digital Diary.


Book via the Book Button:

1. Click the "Book" Button (top right corner)
2. Select the Date, Covers and Time
3. Enter Diner Data (the system will search for an existing diner in the Number & Last Name fields)
4. Select Book.
5. All Done!

Book directly onto a Table:
1. Tap on any table on the Plan
2. Create A Booking
3. Select the Date, Covers and Time
4. Enter Diner Data (the system will search for an existing diner in the Number & Last Name fields)
5. Select Book
6. All done!


TMS MOBILE:

How to Add a Booking via your TMS Mobile App.



1. Select the Booking Date in the Calendar
2. Click the Eveve Icon Button to Book (bottom right corner)
3. Select Covers and Time
4. Enter Diner Data (the system will search for an existing diner in the Number & Last Name fields)
5. Save
6. All Done!


TMS ADMIN:

There are Two Ways to Place a Booking in your Digital Diary.

4. Select Book.
