For when there is more than one profile for the same person. ## A quick guide on Merging Customers Details  To merge your customers' profiles, you would need to do the following steps:   1) Go to Menu/Find a Customer   ![](https://tw-desk-files.teamwork.com/i/206492/attachment-inline/324076.20180402180817393.324076.201804021808173933WE9x.png)   2) Search the last name of the customer you want to merge.   ![](https://tw-desk-files.teamwork.com/i/206492/attachment-inline/324076.20180402180908614.324076.20180402180908614T2nHw.png)   3)  Select the option "**Merge**" at the bottom.   ![](https://tw-desk-files.teamwork.com/i/206492/attachment-inline/324076.20180402181029150.324076.20180402181029150K1LdD.png)   4) The following screen will appear where you would need to select first the profile of the customer that you want to keep (green) and then select the profile or profiles that you would like to merge it with (red).   ![](https://tw-desk-files.teamwork.com/i/206492/attachment-inline/324076.20180402181316600.324076.20180402181316600hadX0.png)   5.
