How to Add a Daily Block on Any Day / Date

A simple guide on 'How to Restrict Bookings at Specific Times' & Manage your Daily Blocks i.e. Public Holidays

In this guide, learn how to Add & Update Daily Blocks via your: TMS WebTMS Mobile and TMS Admin

TMS WEB:



To place a New Daily Block:
1. In the Menu bar (on left), go to "Availability" Tab and click "Blocks" Tab.
2. Choose the Area you wish to Block. If All areas, Select All.
4. Click into the cell you wish to place the Block from ie. 2pm / 1400
5. Select the time you wish to end the Block
6. Choose the type of block ie. Online or All
7. Click Create
8. All done!

(Side note: You can also use the switches to block specific booking intervals)

To Update a Daily Block:
1. Click on the calendar & choose the date / Block you wish to update
2. In the Menu bar (on left), go to "Availability" and click "Blocks" Tab.
3. Make changes as required
4. Click Save Changes
5. All done!


TMS MOBILE:



How to Place a New Daily Block:

1. Go to the Menu (top left corner)
2. Select "Block" tab
3. If placing a future block, click on the current date to open the calendar.
4. Select the date in the calendar that you wish to block.
5. To add a new block, select + Block (bottom right corner)
6. Choose the area, time and scope for your block.
7. Create Block
8. All done!

How to Update a Daily Block:
1. Go to the Menu (top left corner)
2. Select "Block" tab
3. If Updating a future block, click on the current date to open the calendar.
4. Select the date in the calendar
5. Tap the Block you wish to Update
6. Update fields as required
7. Save
8. All done!


TMS ADMIN:



How to Place a New Daily Block:

1. Click on the calendar & choose the date you wish to block
2. Go to Menu
3. Go to Blocked Times Today
4. Choose the Area, Type, Times and Scope
5. Save
6. All done!

How to Update a Daily Block:
1. Click on the calendar & choose the date you wish to Update
2. Go to Menu
3. Go to Blocked Times Today
4. Update fields as required
5. Save
6. All done!
