When making changes to your business opening hours, it is also important to update the same changes in your Eveve TMS bookable hours.
In this guide, learn how to update your regular hours via TMS Web, TMS Mobile and TMS Admin.TMS WEB:
1. Go to 'Menu'
2. Go to 'Availability'
3. Review all active shifts in 'Opening Hours'
4. To update your existing hours, click into the shift/s and select new time/s.
5. Click 'OK' to confirm new hours
6. 'Save'
7. All done!
TMS MOBILE:
1. Go to Menu
2. Go to 'Availability' (clock icon)
3. Review all active shifts in Opening Hours.
To update a shift: Click into the shift/s and select new time/s.
To Delete a shift: Click the Trash Icon next to the Shift
To Add a shift: Click "+ Add New Shift Button" then add days & times.
5. To save all changes, click Save.
6. All done!
TMS ADMIN:
1. Go to Menu
2. Go to Opening Hours
3. Review all active shifts in Opening Hours.
4. To update your existing hours, select the Rota in 'Rota Sessions'
5. Right Click over the Session and Select Edit
6. Select new Time/s
5. Click Save to confirm new Session Details
6. Save Opening Hours
7. All done!
